Team

For coaches: set up and manage your team roster, schedule your team, and assign sessions and availability.

• Setting up your team

  Coaches: create a team with its type, divisions, disciplines, and home facility — and know exactly what your athletes can and can’t see.

• Managing your team roster

  Add athletes with their billing and emergency contacts, invite them to Stables, and keep the roster current.

• Scheduling your team

  The team Schedule tab shows a week grid of everything scheduled for the selected team.

• Assigning sessions and availability

  Sessions attach at the team level - with optional specific clients and horses - and bookable time comes from your own provider availability.

• Editing and removing team members

  Update an athlete’s details from their profile, and use Active/Inactive status instead of deletion.
