Editing and removing team members
Update an athlete’s details from their profile, and use Active/Inactive status instead of deletion.
Open an athlete from the roster (or use View Profile) to edit their details — contact info, billing contact, disciplines, horses, and internal notes.
Removing someone from the active roster
Athletes aren’t deleted — they’re marked inactive. From the row menu choose Mark Inactive; you’ll confirm, and they no longer appear in the active roster. Mark Active restores them at any time, with their history intact.

Why inactive instead of delete?
Keeping the record preserves billing history and past schedules. Filter the roster by Inactive to find past members.
