Assigning sessions

When you create an event from the team schedule, you pick the activity or service, and can attach specific Clients and Horses alongside the Team itself. Sessions are assigned at the team level - there is no per-athlete assignment step; everyone on the team sees team sessions on their schedule.

Availability

Bookable time comes from your own provider availability - weekly hours and date overrides in your Availability tab (see Setting your availability). Athletes don’t maintain availability in Stables; coordinating around individual conflicts happens between you and them.

Horses

You can record which horse each athlete rides. When you add or change a horse assignment, the athlete or their guardian can confirm or replace it from their side.
