Scheduling your team

The Schedule tab shows a week grid — Today plus previous/next-week navigation — filtered to the selected team. Times display in your configured timezone.

• Create an event with the + button. The event is attached to the team, so it appears on this schedule and on your athletes’ own schedules.
• Drag an event to a new slot to move it.
• Your team’s home facility and satellite locations are offered as the event location, with the home facility selected by default.

Athletes see these sessions on their own schedule — they never see the full team calendar or other members’ individual appointments. For what members can see, refer to Setting up your team.
