What Ask StablesAI can do
An assistant for horse-care questions and, for facilities, insights from your own operational data.
Ask StablesAI is the Ask StablesAI tab in your navigation. What it can do depends on your account type.
For horse owners
Ask questions about care, feeding, training, and horse health, and get helpful, reliable answers. If you allow it in AI Context Settings, it can use your own horses’ data to personalize advice - you choose which horses to include.
For facilities
The facility assistant answers questions about your operation - “Summarize all pending booking requests,” “How many stalls are occupied and available?”, “Which customers have unpaid invoices?” - using your facility’s bookings, stalls, horses, customers, and financial data (when you allow it in AI Context Settings).
It can also take two actions for you: scheduling a care event and creating a calendar event. Every action is shown to you first as a Confirm action card - nothing happens until you confirm.
Conversations are saved as chats you can search, pin, archive, or delete.
