Tips for better answers
Specific questions, the right context settings, and focused chats get you noticeably better results.
- Be specific. “What’s a good feeding plan for a 20-year-old gelding with dental issues?” beats “feeding help.” Include the details that matter — age, workload, season.
- Turn on data access if you want personalized answers. In AI Context Settings, allow the assistant to use your horse data (owners) or facility data (facilities). Without it, answers come from general knowledge only.
- Use the suggested questions as starting points — they show the kinds of things the assistant handles well.
- Keep one topic per chat. Start a new chat when you change subjects, and pin the ones you’ll come back to.
- For facility questions, ask for the number or the list. “Calculate this month’s total billed revenue” gets a cleaner answer than “how’s revenue?”
