How the care queue works
The Care tab turns daily barn work into a queue organized by Overdue, Due Today, Upcoming, and Completed.
Care lives in the Care tab, with three views: Care Queue, Care Plans, and Analytics.
The queue
The queue is a board with four columns - Overdue, Due Today, Upcoming, and Completed (a list view is also available). Filter by care type or by staff member (including Unassigned), select multiple items to complete them in bulk, and use each card’s menu to snooze, skip, charge, edit, or delete.
Your dashboard also shows a “Today’s Care Queue” card with just today’s scheduled items.
For horse owners
Owners have their own Care Queue and Care Plans for the care they manage themselves, alongside visibility into facility care for their horses. Items you created are yours to complete or edit; facility-scheduled items are handled by the barn.
