How the calendar works
Facilities, providers, and owners each get a week-based calendar - here’s what appears on it and who can see what.
Every account type has a calendar built around a week view, with Today and previous/next-week navigation (a day-by-day agenda on mobile).
- Facilities use the Calendar tab to schedule lessons, care, facility events, maintenance, and more. Create events with the New button, and open any event to edit it or mark it complete and bill it.
- Service providers use the Schedule tab, which overlays their availability on the week grid. Events can be dragged to a new time to reschedule. A banner shows whether times are displayed in your timezone or the facility’s.
- Horse owners see their appointments and barn events on their own Calendar tab. Opening an appointment shows its status, time, location, price, and provider; barn events include an RSVP - Going? Yes / No / Maybe.
Event visibility
When a facility creates an event, it chooses who can see it: all active clients, facility staff only, only me, selected clients and horses, or public. Owners only see events shared with them.
To control when clients can book you as a provider, see Setting your availability.
