Stables is a platform for running a boarding barn and everything around it. Facilities manage horses, stalls, care, and billing in one place; horse owners see their horse’s care and pay their bills online; and service providers like farriers, vets, and trainers schedule work and get paid.

The three account types

• Facility & Staff - run your boarding operation: stalls, boarded horses, care schedules, invoicing, agreement e-sign, security deposits, and payouts.
• Horse Owner - manage your horses, follow their care, pay invoices, and message your barn.
• Service Provider - offer services to facilities and owners, manage your availability and appointments, and collect payment.

When signing up for Stables, make sure you select the account type by clicking on one of the selections on top.

How the pieces fit together

• Your facility’s horses and clients live in one set of records. Documents like Coggins and boarding agreements attach to those records, and agreements can be signed digitally.
• The care queue turns daily work - feeding, turnout, medication - into schedulable, assignable tasks, and completed billable care can flow straight into invoices.
• Billing runs through Stables: one-time and recurring invoices, online payment by bank transfer or card, and payouts to your bank.
• Barn Chat keeps facilities, owners, and providers talking in one place instead of scattered texts.
• Manage your barn or service schedule and save events to your calendar. Calendar events can be set to public or private when creating them.
