Setting up your service provider account
Create a provider account, complete your profile - category, business name, booking URL, directory visibility, service area - and finish your business checklist.

Sign up as a Service Provider - Stables supports farriers, vets, trainers, dentists, instructors, bodyworkers, and more. Creating an account is free and no credit card is required.
Set up your provider profile
After signing up you’ll be guided through a short profile setup - it takes about 2 minutes:
- Service Category - choose what you do: Veterinarian, Farrier, Equine Dentist, Horse Trainer, Riding Instructor, Chiropractor, Bodyworker / Massage, Vendor / Supplier, Equine Nutritionist, or Other.
- Are you a Team Coach? - choose “Yes, I’m a Coach” if you manage teams, recurring programs, group schedules, and team billing; otherwise choose “No, Individual Services.” You can contact support to change this later.
- Business Name - used for invoices, payments, and how facilities see you.
- Public Booking URL - your unique booking link, auto-generated from your business name.
- Directory Visibility - select whether you want your business to be displayed when horse owners add service providers to their accounts.
- Phone number, specialties, and your service area - ZIP code, state, timezone, and how far you travel (service radius).
- Description - describe your services. You can use “Enhance with StablesAI” to polish the wording.
- Logo - add your logo to be displayed on your public booking page.
- Select Launch my profile.
Finish setting up your business
Your dashboard then shows a business checklist: add a client, add services, set booking availability, send an invoice, verify your business, link a bank account, and view your public booking page. Coaches also see “Create a team” and “Add an athlete” - see Setting up your team.
