Using Barn Chat
Message your barn in one place — direct messages and group chats with the people connected to your facility.
Barn Chat is the Barn Chat item in your navigation. It keeps barn conversations — boarder questions, staff coordination, provider updates — in one place instead of scattered texts.
Starting a conversation
- Select the pencil icon and pick one or more contacts. One contact makes a direct message; several make a group chat.
- Your contact list shows the people connected to you — for owners that includes your facility’s owner and staff, other horse owners at your barn, and anyone sharing access to your horses. Each contact shows their role.
- Select Start Chat (or Create Group) and type your message.
You can attach files to messages — up to 5 at a time, and images display right in the thread.
