Login and access issues
Password resets, “invalid email or password,” Google sign-in mismatches, and rate limits.
Forgot your password
- On the sign-in page, select Forgot password? and enter your email.
- If an account exists with that email, a reset link arrives shortly — check your spam folder if you don’t see it.
- Open the link and set a new password (at least 8 characters). Expired or reused links show “Invalid or missing reset link” — just request a new one.
Common sign-in errors
- “Invalid email or password” — the combination didn’t match. Try again or reset your password. (The message is intentionally generic for account security.)
- Signing in with Google: “An account with this email already exists as a…” means your account was created under a different role’s sign-in page — use the one named in the message. “No account found with this email” means you need to sign up first.
- “Too many login attempts” — sign-in is rate-limited; wait a few minutes and try again.
- If a security check appears on the form, complete it before the Sign In button activates; it resets automatically after a failed attempt.
If you were invited and your link says it’s invalid, expired, or already accepted, ask for a fresh invitation — see Accepting an invite.
