Accepting an invite / joining a facility

Invitations arrive by email with a personal link. Open the link to see who invited you and what you’ll get access to.

To accept

1. Open the invitation link from your email.
2. If you already have a Stables account, select Sign In and then Accept Invitation.
3. If you’re new, select Create Account — your invited email is pre-filled — set your name and password, and select Accept Invite.

Either way, accepting connects you automatically and takes you to your dashboard.

What each invite type gives you

• Staff invite — you join the facility team and get dashboard access based on your assigned role.
• Customer invite — you can view your horses’ care schedules and daily activities, manage billing, invoices, and payments online, and communicate directly with the facility.
• Provider invite — you can connect your own account to receive payments directly, manage payment settings, and view your earnings.
• Team invite (athletes and guardians) — you join a coach’s team to see schedules and updates; guardians can also manage billing for their athlete.
