Lesson packages and credits
Sell “10 Group Lessons · $400” from your public page. Credits land in the client’s balance and one is spent each time a lesson is completed.
Packages live on the Lessons tab, under the Packages card. A package is a number of lessons sold up front, spent one at a time.
Creating a package
- Name - what clients see, like “10 Group Lessons”.
- Lessons included - between 1 and 500 credits.
- Price - $0.00 or more. Stables works out what one lesson comes to: “10 lessons · $400.00 · $40.00 each”.
- Expiry - never, or between 1 and 3,650 days after purchase.
- Lesson types - which types the credits can be spent on. At least one is required.
- Visibility - public packages are sold from your page; private ones are not listed.
How credits are spent
A credit is spent when you mark a lesson complete and choose Use credit for that rider - see Riders, no-shows, and completing a lesson. A rider with enough credits is also offered them first when booking online, so a package booking costs nothing at checkout.

Removing a package doesn’t remove credits
Credits already sold stay valid and spendable. Removing a package only stops it being sold.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can a credit be used on any lesson?
Only on the lesson types the package covers. A package sold for group lessons will not cover a private lesson unless you listed that type on the package.
What if a rider has credits but I want to bill them instead?
Choose Bill for that rider in the completion dialog. The credit is untouched and the price goes to Pending Charges.
