Booking a service (owners)
Book a provider’s service one appointment at a time, or pay for services, packages, and subscriptions in one checkout and schedule after.
From a provider’s booking page you have two ways to book:
- Book now - pick a time immediately and pay per the provider’s policy (at time of service, or with an upfront authorization). See Direct booking: how it works.
- Add to cart - pay today and schedule after checkout. The cart can combine appointments, prepaid packages, and monthly subscriptions in one payment.
Checking out a cart
- Review “Your selections” - appointments are marked “schedule after payment” - and select Continue to checkout.
- Enter your details and pay. Bank payments show as processing and can take 2–5 business days to clear.
- Once payment is received, each appointment shows Ready to schedule with a Schedule button - pick from the provider’s open slots. You can also finish scheduling later.
Prepaid packages give you credits the provider can apply when completing a session. Monthly subscriptions start with today’s payment and renew monthly.
