Your lessons report
Lessons taught, riders, riders per week, and revenue - for the whole barn and broken down by lesson type.
The lessons report sits on the Lessons tab and on your billing overview. It counts completed lessons only, so it stays hidden until you have taught one. Its one-line summary reads like “12 lessons · 38 riders · $1,520.00”.
What it shows
- Lessons taught - completed lessons in the period.
- Riders - how many rider spots those lessons filled.
- Riders per week - those riders averaged over the weeks in the period.
- Revenue - what those lessons billed.
Underneath, a table breaks the same period down by lesson type, with lessons, riders, credits used and revenue per type - which is how you see whether the group lessons or the privates are carrying the program.
On the Lessons tab you choose the period: last 30 days, last 90 days, or last year. On the billing dashboard it follows whatever period that page is set to.
Credits show as credits, not revenue
A lesson paid with a credit counts in the Credits column for its type. The money was taken when the package was sold.
