Uploading documents (Coggins, health records)
Keep Coggins certificates, veterinary records, and other health documents on each horse’s profile.
Health documents live on the horse’s profile under Health Records, organized into Farrier Records, Dental Records, Veterinary Records, and Medical Notes, plus Coggins management.
Uploading a record
- Veterinary records: open the horse’s Health Records section and upload the file (up to 10 MB) with an optional title. Records can be viewed, downloaded, or deleted later.
- Coggins: add a Coggins record with its dates and upload the certificate itself — the record shows “Certificate on file” once attached.

Agreements are separate
Boarding agreements, waivers, and other documents that need signatures are handled in the Agreements tab, not on the horse profile. See Sending a document for signature.
