Managing your facility’s directory listing
Control how your facility appears in the public directory - details, photos, amenities, visibility, and your public URL.
Your public listing is managed in Settings → Facility Details → Overview. Boarders find facilities through the public directory’s search by city, state, or ZIP, with filters for price, stall size, and amenities.
What you can edit
- Basic information - name, description, phone, email, website.
- Location - address and timezone.
- Images - logo (square, at least 200×200), cover image (landscape, 1200×400 recommended), and a photo gallery.
- Amenities & services - check off standard amenities and add custom ones.
Visibility and your public URL
The Directory Listing card controls who can find you: Public lists your facility in the directory so new boarders can discover you and request a booking; Private hides you - only people with a direct link can find your page. New facilities start in Draft mode until you choose.
You can also claim a custom public URL (stables.co/f/your-name). Choose carefully - it can only be changed once every 30 days.
