Managing and rescheduling appointments

Where each side manages appointments, and how rescheduling works — either party can propose a new time.

For clients

Your appointments live in My Appointments, split into Upcoming, Pending, and Past. Each card offers the right actions for its status — view details, cancel, or, when your provider has asked to reschedule, Choose new time. If you booked without an account, the link in your confirmation email opens the same options, including Reschedule on a confirmed appointment (your provider approves the new time).

For providers

  • Reschedule from an appointment’s Reschedule button. Two modes: Suggest a Time (pick a date and time, optionally letting the client fall back to your open schedule) or Let Customer Pick (the client is emailed a link to choose).
  • Drag an event to a new slot on your Schedule week grid to move it directly.
  • If a client hasn’t responded to a reschedule request, you can send a reminder.

When a client accepts a suggested time, they see “You’re booked!” with the new date and calendar links, and the appointment shows as Rescheduled → Scheduled for both sides.

Completing and billing (providers)

Past confirmed appointments prompt Mark Complete — choose to use a lesson credit, charge the service price (creates an invoice), or complete without charging (with a reason like courtesy or promotion).
