I didn’t receive a payout

Check the payout’s status, then verification, then your bank details — in that order.

  1. Check the payout status in Finances → Accounts. Pending means it’s scheduled; In Transit means it’s on its way and usually arrives within 1–2 business days; Completed means it was deposited — check your bank statement again. Transfers can take up to 3 business days end to end.
  2. Check for verification holds. Banners like “Verification required to enable payouts” or “Action required” mean Stripe needs more information before transfers activate — select Continue Setup / Verify now and complete the outstanding items. Funds collected in the meantime are held safely and released once verification completes.
  3. Check your bank link. A Failed payout usually means bank account details need attention — re-link your bank and request the transfer again.
  4. Remember pending timing. Newly collected payments show as Pending and become available for payout in 1–3 business days — a payout can only draw on your available balance.

If a payout shows Completed but never arrived in your account, contact support — see Contacting support.
