Editing and archiving records

Records in Stables are edited in place and deactivated rather than deleted, so history stays intact.

• Horses: use Edit Horse from the row’s actions menu to change details. A horse becomes Inactive when it moves out — find it under the Inactive status filter, and bring it back with Move In. Delete is separate, permanent, and cannot be undone.
• Clients: use Archive to hide a client from active lists (they keep their history under the Archived tab) and Restore to reactivate them.
