Delete Your Stables Account

Last Updated: October 19, 2026

This page explains how to delete your account in Stables, the app and website for horse barns, horse owners and service providers made by Stables, LLC, and what happens to your information when you do.

In the Stables app

Open Settings, and under Account tap Delete Account. Confirm, and your account is deleted and you are signed out.

On the web

Sign in at https://stables.co and open the menu under your name or photo. Choose Account Settings (Profile Settings on some screens), then under Account Management choose Delete Account and confirm.

By email

If you can't sign in, email privacy@stables.co from the address on your account and ask us to delete it. We may ask you to confirm it's you first.

What is deleted

Your login is deleted, and your name, email, phone number, address and photo are removed from your profile. You are signed out, and the push notification tokens for your devices are deleted. You lose access to the barns, service providers and conversations you were part of; messages you sent stay in those conversations, shown as from a deleted account. Deleting in the app or on the web takes effect straight away, and we act on emailed requests within 30 days.

What we keep

Payment, invoice, payout and security-deposit records, for as long as tax, financial and payment-network rules require, and to resolve disputes, refunds and chargebacks. Records we must keep for a legal claim or obligation, and the limited records needed to prevent fraud and keep Stables secure.

Records a barn or service provider keeps about you, such as their billing history or horse records, belong to that business and are deleted at its request. If you run a barn or service-provider business on Stables, deleting your own account does not by itself delete the business's records.

If you receive payouts through Stripe, deleting your Stables account does not close your Stripe account or delete what Stripe holds. Contact Stripe to close it.
