Profile and notification settings
Edit your personal details and password in Account Settings, and manage your notifications inbox.
Your profile
Open Account Settings from your navigation. The Profile tab covers your personal information — profile photo (JPG, PNG, or GIF up to 5 MB), name, email, and phone. Horse owners also set a mailing address and timezone here, and get a Payments tab for payment methods and auto-pay. Service providers edit their business details on the separate Business Details page.
Security
The Security tab handles your password (minimum 8 characters), shows login activity and active sessions, and offers Sign Out of All Devices. Two-factor authentication isn’t available yet.
Notifications
The Notifications tab is your inbox: filter by read/unread, mark items read or done, and clear them in bulk. Some notifications carry actions — a visit reminder, for example, offers Add To Care Queue or Add To Calendar.
Notification preferences
Per-channel or per-event notification preferences (email/SMS toggles) aren’t configurable yet — notifications arrive based on what happens in your account.
